Problem The Aromasteam starts to boil the water, but stops for no obvious reason

Solution De-scale boiling pot. The sensors on the boiling pot and the heating element scale up and stop working efficiently. To eradicate this problem , add Steam Generating De-scaler to the boiling pot and bring to the boil. If the problem persists, contact our help line for further assistance.

Problem The Aromasteam is spitting water from the boiling pot

Solution De-scale boiling pot. This can be caused by either a build up of scale or a spillage of Aroma therapy oils into the boiling pot. Action as for previous problem.

Problem Boling pot dry. Boil Dry warning light not illuminated element still heating

Solution De-scale boiling pot. First thing to try is the De-Scaler trick, if this does not work then there could be a fault with the Boil Dry sensor, for assistance or more information please call the help line.

Problem Unit not operating

Solution Check unit is switched on at mains. No light showing, call help line.
